Academic & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics or related field.
A master’s degree in a relevant field and a certification in Banking/Business field is an added advantage
At least 5 years’ of experience in banking operations, retail lending and SME banking, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in a similar organization. Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.

Skills/Experience Required

Strong management and leadership skills to motivate, mentor and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in marketing and selling
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
High integrity, professionalism and proactive approach.
