Our Client, a leading Tours & Travel Company seeks to recruit a Billing Clerk who will be responsible for processing invoices, and ensuring timely preparation of billing statements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Process invoices and prepare billing statements
Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed
Enter all relevant data into accounting software when billing
Check the validity of debit accounts
Utilize electronic, standard and certified mail services to deliver invoices
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
3+ years’ experience in a billing field
Advanced Accounting degree (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently.
Effective multi-tasking skills, with ability to co-ordinate, priorities and organize workload and meet deadlines.
