Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bid Executive to join our team. The Bid Executive will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, coordinating with various internal departments, and ensuring that all proposals are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, including reviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and allocating resources.
Prepare and edit bid documents, ensuring they are compliant with client specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to gather inputs and insights for bid proposals.
Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support bid strategies and positioning.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and subcontractors during the bidding process.
Ensure all submissions are completed on time and meet quality standards, including proofreading and final document checks.
Maintain accurate records of all bids, proposals, and related documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in bid management, preferably in [industry].
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software
Knowledge of tendering processes and procurement regulations is a plus.
