Duties
Supervising the sales representatives at the retails
Be involved in sales of products
Pre-planning weekly sales prospects
Networking, Cold calling and visiting potential clients
Ensure their team is meeting and exceeding the set targets
Record information on a database and maintain clients’ database
Following up with clients
Conduct follow up calls, relationship building and free demos for clients
Negotiating the sales and clinching business with clients
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing
Previous work experience in Beauty products sales is a must
Aggressive in marketing
Good communication skills and excellent selling skills
Leadership and Supervisory skills
Outgoing personality with good networks
Self-motivated and hardworking
