Back Officer – Spanish Speaking

What you will do:

Data entry, verification/ approval of key stages during the onboarding process in accordance with SLA.
Ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding process by adhering to the prescribed customer onboarding script, maintaining the recommended call TAT and resolving customer queries.
Ensure all sales are completed within recommended timelines and if not to communicate to FO concerned for follow up.
Quick escalation of customer and onboarding issues to the supervisor that cannot be resolved by the officer. 
Document reasons for rejecting loans during verification.
Proactively recommend improvements and innovative ideas to increase business efficiency
Liaise and escalate with team supervisors on issues affecting OBS.
Conduct all activities in accordance with the company’s policies, processes and code of conduct.

What we are looking for: 

Degree/ Diploma in a business-related field
At least 1-year in any business function within Watu and/or similar experience in Back Office operations
Integrity and professionalism
Attention to details
Ability to work independently and proactively
Self-starter, target oriented
Team player and a good communicator
