Automotive Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable company in the automotive industry dealing with auto spares and accessories located in Dubai, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join their highly skilled team and is open to recruiting candidates from Kenya with experience in Japanese automotives export procedures.
THE JOB
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and driving business growth by increasing sales of automotive spare parts. Your role will also include building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners in the automotive industry.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 
REQUIREMENTS
The job holder should have the following requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales within the automotive industry, with a specific focus on Fuso, Canter, and Isuzu vehicles.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop a sales team
Specific expertise in Japan truck parts is highly preferred.

A competitive gross salary of 10,000 AED Per Month.
Accommodation and transport Allowance.
Air ticket to move to Dubai.
