Job Description
Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to outbound leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to nurture relationships, understand their needs, and convert them into paying customers.
Social media marketing: Managing all the social pages
Inbound Sales: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries and leads, providing product information, addressing customer questions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager to develop and execute sales
strategies, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service and addressing customer concerns or issues promptly.
Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and progress updates in the CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in motor vehicle/ automotive sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent social media skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
