JOB REQUIREMENTS
Earned a PhD in Research Methods, Pure Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
Proven experience in supervising postgraduate students to completion, includind atleast one doctoral candidate.
Strong commitment to mentoring students and faculty in research methodologies.
Evidence of ability to attract research funding and lead research projects.
At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level, with a demonstratable record in research and publication
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement related to research
A minimum of 48 publication points as a Senior Lecture, with at least 32 referred scholarly journals.

Conduct high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of research capacity.
Develop and implement innovative research strategies that align with the university’s mission.
Engage with academic community and participate in conferences and workshops.
Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research projects and dissertations.
Teach Undergraduate and postgraduate courses in research methods.
