Associate /Jr.People Business Partner

Job Summary:

Partner with the business to understand the organization’s goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
Provide counsel and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations to drive business success.
Promote employee engagement initiatives to drive high morale, motivation, and productivity across the organization.
Analyze HR data and metrics to assess trends and provide insights into employee performance, engagement, retention, and turnover.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from role advertisement, through to on-boarding ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure various recruitment activities including advertising vacancies (HR system, job boards and sharing with internal communications and engagement specialist to post on relevant social media platforms).
Consolidating payroll inputs from various business stake holders on schedule
Following through with payroll process: review and approvals as per the set time lines
Processing of benefits requests within policy limits, guidelines and HR Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Pre – screening applicants, telephone interviewing, directly sourcing passive talent, running assessment campaigns.
Conduct core people Functions e.g.  Recruitment and Induction, Performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, Separation procedures
Execution of People engagement activities and Special projects.  

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Higher Diploma in HR Management if available
Proven 2 – 4 years’ experience in a HR Business Partnership role, over all 6 years proven experience in Human Resources
Strong background in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and benefits.
Excellence in Administration, Payroll and HR systems
