To provide advocacy for all claims with special emphasis on large, complex and contentious to ensure excellent outcomes for Minet Kenya Clientele.
Responsibilities
Monitor all claims for Minet Risk Solutions
Ensure clients receive regular reports on their claim’s status
Solve complex or disputed claims in liaison with the Director
Generate loss ratios
Assist clients in the preparation of documents of major or complex claims
Provide monthly updates to Client Service Support Team on all outstanding claims
Provide feedback/recommendation on Insurance cover for cases that have specialized requirements
Engage risk team in root cause analysis
Hold monthly meetings with main carriers and identify difficult carriers
Ensure that no business is lost on account of poor claims service
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, Diploma in ACII with at least 8 years experience, 5 of which should be in senior management in claims
Enthusiastic and highly motivated person with the ability to interact at all levels
Excellent communication and strong project management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to motivate a team
