Job Summary
We seek to recruit an entry-level Associate Digital Marketer who is aggressive, confident, fluent, mature, and creative to oversee marketing activities on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities:
Building strong long-term value for our customers and partners including nurturing relationships
Brand development – Develop IRES into a formidable brand both locally and internationally
Develop brand communication campaigns and media relations strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
Write, edit, and distribute various types of content, including material for websites, blogs, marketing material, and other types of content that take the message to the public.
Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
Looking out for relevant local and international events to represent IRES from within Not for Profits, Government, and Private sectors
Organize IRES brand communication events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
Address inquiries from the media and other parties
Track media coverage and follow industry trends
Ensure the organization has membership in national and international trade and professional bodies.
Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly Brand Communication and Marketing plans and reports.
Documentation as well as preparing and editing messaging for all products and services
Linking with media sources and looking out for opportunities within media to showcase IRES products and services
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, and Public Relations or any related course.
Google Ads Certification required
Experience in content writing, digital branding & marketing, and social media management.
Experience in mass emails, SEO/SEM, and blogging in any fast-paced company.
Advanced Video Editing, Animation, and Photo Editing -required
Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
Blogging
Intermediate Graphic design
Intermediate WordPress and web development skills
Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to use the CRM preferably HubSpot.
