Responsibilities
Create engaging content for social media platforms (posts, tweets, images, videos, stories).
Schedule posts using tools like TikTok Business & Meta Suite for consistent content delivery.
Monitor social media conversations about the brand and report trends, feedback, and insights.
Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and prepare performance reports.
Research social media trends, best practices, and new features to stay updated.
Coordinate social media campaigns with the marketing team, graphic designers, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
Curate relevant content from other sources to keep social media channels active and diverse.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.).
Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging content and compelling brand narratives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Willingness to adapt to changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and industry trends
