JOB PURPOSE
Assistant Sale Coordinator cum Assistant Accountant shall assist in the handling of all invoicing and customer service duties that relate to the Front Office operations. The effective management of assigned key accounts and debt collection is expected too.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To effectively handle books/Exams department sales.
To assist in ensuring credit sales are serviced in a timely fashion and according to the desire of customers.
To furnish daily credit sales reports for the assigned key accounts to Senior Accountant.
Follow up for debts payments and ensure effective debt collection procedures are complied with.
To provide information on inactive delinquent accounts receivable to the Senior Accountant for further action.
Be involved in accounts reconciliation for debtors and collection.
To investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues and assist in their timely effective resolutions
To act as primary customer resource for calls, emails, messaging and face to face conversations.
Responsible for the recording of documents issues and receipts (including cheque collections).
To assist in the coordination of the Front Office operations
To maintain an impeccable professional business etiquette in the execution of duties and handling customer in a way not detrimental to the company image and reputation.
To pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of this role. It should however, not interfere with execution of your duties.
Any other relevant duty as may be assigned by the management.
