Key Requirements:
Supervise the operation of the restaurant, bars and dispense bars.
Train the team to provide excellent customer service, have outstanding food and beverage knowledge, as well as all SOP’s and policies pertaining to their role.
Analyses the profitability of bar stock items and recommends appropriate action to be taken based on the results of the analysis.
Conducts regular appraisal of the F & B staff.
Co-ordinates the operations of various sections of the main restaurant.
Checks and ensures that the main restaurant, premium and dispense bars are kept in good state of repair.
Oversee inventory of all service equipment, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Handle guest and staff complaints and takes the necessary corrective measures.
Suggests any required improvements to the Food & Beverage services Manager.
Checks restaurant for maintenance issues and resolve any outstanding issues.
Coordinate with the team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction.
Any other duty as delegated by the General Manager
Qualifications:
Relevant Degree/ diploma.
3 Years of working experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Customer service oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent leadership and team building skills.
Extensive knowledge and passion for food, beverage and industry trends.
Capable of effectively and efficiently delegating multiple tasks
Well-organized and detailed-oriented
Have a high degree of emotional intelligence and a high level of self-confidence.
Be able to remain rational and calm under pressure.
Be able to stand or walk for an extended period.
