We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Finance Department as an Assistant F&B Controller. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, family-oriented club environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Control Department by managing inventory, monitoring costs, and preparing timely reports, all while upholding the club’s high standards of excellence and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily and monthly stock takes, ensure accurate physical counts, and update variance reports.
Ensure timely collection and proper filing of chits from outlets for accountability and billing.
Prepare accurate and timely F&B cost and revenue reports, reconcile stock takes, and follow up on shortages or recoveries.
Monitor slow-moving items and provide recommendations to prevent losses.
Analyse event sales, ensure accurate billing, and verify all necessary documentation is complete.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
CPA Intermediate or higher is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy hospitality establishment.
Proficiency in using accounting software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High level of ethics, integrity, and attention to detail.
