Assistant Digital Marketer

We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Digital Marketer to support our growing digital marketing efforts and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Digital Marketer, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize strategies across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Support

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content).
Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Support paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads).

Content Creation & Management

Collaborate with designers to create visuals using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Draft engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, emails, and ads.
Update website content via WordPress and ensure SEO best practices (keyword integration, meta tags).

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversions) using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights for stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis using SEMrush or Ahrefs.

SEO/SEM & CRO

Assist with keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
Run A/B tests on landing pages and emails using Optimizely or Hotjar.
Monitor organic rankings via Google Search Console.

Social Media & Community Engagement

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation.
Identify trends and opportunities to grow social media audiences.

Administrative & Collaborative Tasks

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, developers) via Slack/Trello.
Manage budgets for small-scale campaigns and ensure timely invoicing.
Stay updated on industry trends (AI tools, privacy laws, platform algorithm changes).

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1–2 years in digital marketing (internships/projects acceptable).

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush), and social platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp/HubSpot).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Soft Skills:

Strong written/verbal communication.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Curiosity to learn new tools and adapt to trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Academy.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Basic HTML/CSS or UX/UI understanding.
