Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Team Leader at Britam in Kitengela. The Assistant Branch Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring teams sales targets are achieved, assisting the Branch Team Leader, managing customer inquiries and concerns, promoting financial products and services, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

An experienced insurance sales people recruiter and trainer
Must be a holder of COP certificate.
Must have a successful track record of insurance salesmanship.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of financial products and services
Ability to work in a team and independentl
Minimum of a diploma certificate in any field.
