Assistant Administration Manager – Leasing

Reports to: Head of Government Sales and Leasing
PURPOSE:
To provide leadership in the management of Lease vehicles to ensure good customer service and optimization of cost. The functions of this position apply to all the brands within the motor division.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Champion the communication between the TNT/NPS and SCL to resolve all issues and concerns: –
Issuance of weekly Simba Vehicle User Guide Information to TNT/NPS countrywide through NPS communication media to minimize quality concerns escalations.
Ensure timely servicing and repair of all lease vehicles to meet the NPS and other customers uptime obligations.
Develop a rapport with the NPS fleet management center to ensure we are proactive in servicing the motor vehicles.
Establish a mechanism for reviewing and approving repairs outside Nairobi.
Develop a system of monitoring the quality of work and cost of repairs.
Build a framework for tyre and battery management.
To manage the entire accident process from claim to repair to total replacement where possible.
Develop the SoP for managing loaner vehicles. A report on the loaner vehicles must be shared monthly.
Work with finance to ensure timely invoicing and collection of lease rentals to and from TNT as per the contract terms.
Develop and periodically review and update the lease operations SoPs to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes and obtaining realities.
Prepare monthly management reports.

Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related field.

At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Industry.
