The main essential knowledge and experience points that we are looking for you to evidence are:
Relevant post-secondary school qualification or comparable experience
Experience of complex project management
Fluency in English and French
Proven experience of financial and narrative reporting
Demonstrable experience of monitoring and evaluation
Desirable Experience:
Degree in relevant field / or project management qualification
An innovative approach to the use of digital and social media to connect audiences
Having C level for English and C1 (Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues-CECRL)
Experience working with/ in the cultural and creative industries
Experience supporting/ managing donor funded contracts (DFID, EC, World Bank, etc) in social development, arts and culture and/or economic development programmes, with elements of project and financial management, contracting and partnering, and team working
Role Specific Skills:
Bilingual – Fluent in French and English
Project management experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines
Strong knowledge and use of Monitoring and Evaluation skills
Managing relationships with stakeholders
