Responsibilities
Deliver quality customer experience
Devise and implement offline and online marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and brand visibility
Drive sales team and managers to achieve sales targets for each location
Develop and coordinate training and upskilling of the team based on needs and trends
Generate and implement standard operating procedures for spa use
Effectively manage all spa operations
Qualifications
Relevant diploma or degree from a recognized institution
4+ years managing a luxury brand or spa
Excellent customer service skills
Qualification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institution
