Architectural Technician

Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed drawings and specifications.
Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create precise and accurate architectural plans.
Contribute to the design process by providing technical expertise and solutions.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Assist in project management tasks and coordination with contractors and consultants. 
Assist in Design Development: Work closely with senior designers to contribute to developing design concepts and presentations. 
Material and Product Research: Support the design team in researching and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and new product releases.
 Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, including organizing project files, creating design documentation, and managing project schedules. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and samples.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with senior designers in client meetings to understand requirements and preferences. Help maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
Project Coordination: Aid in the coordination of project activities, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring projects stay within budget.
