Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design & Documentation:
Create architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Ensure designs meet project requirements and local building standards.
Maintain organized design documentation.
Site Supervision & Coordination:
Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure compliance with designs.
Coordinate with contractors and engineers to resolve on-site issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Gather project requirements and provide architectural guidance.
Communicate design concepts effectively in project meetings.
Training & Capacity Building:
Conduct training sessions on architectural design and site supervision.
Develop training materials for local teams.
Reporting & Documentation:
Submit regular progress reports and project updates to the Senior Project Manager.
Maintain comprehensive records of all project documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Training in site supervision is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and site supervision.
