APP Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and promotion of the company’s overseas APP, developing and implementing relevant promotion strategies based on operational metrics. This includes, but is not limited to, content operation, event operation, and channel operation.
Manage APP fan engagement, user activation, retention, existing user participation, new user acquisition, KOL collaboration, and promotional activities to enhance user stickiness.
Create and maintain APP content, producing promotional materials for social media and users.
Plan and execute APP promotion campaigns and topics, continuously improving user experience.
Regularly generate APP operation analysis reports, monitor data changes, analyze, summarize, and refine operation strategies to guide the regional APP team in enhancing operational capabilities.
Participate in other tasks related to APP operations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficiency in English and French is preferred.
Strong creative planning skills and a solid foundation in proposal writing.
Excellent team spirit, willingness to share, strong analytical thinking, enthusiasm for work, and outstanding execution and stress management abilities.
