Role Purpose:
SoftIQ Technologies is a software company dealing with ERP Solutions, IOT, Automation and Customized software solutions.
We are a market leader in East Africa delivering cutting edge technology through innovative software solutions. We are currently looking for an Android Developer who has a passion for Android App Development with an experience in developing both native and hybrid apps. They should have a keen eye for User Experience and User Design as related to App Development. They should be familiar with the existing technologies such as Android Studio, Ionic Framework, Node JS, Angular JS, Python, Mongo DB. The role will involve working closely with the BDM to come up with software solutions to address real life challenges facing the East Africa Region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Android App Development, Testing and Support
Drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Manage the full life-cycle of User Interface Design and User
Experience elements
Create Use Case Diagrams and Prototypes to conceptualize client requirements
Conducting User Research as part of scoping of requirements
Integrate Android Apps to ERP Systems
Be a quick learner and able to adapt to changing market needs
Academic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or related field
