Details:
The position entails processing and monitoring goods leaving the company by using the relevant shipping documents such as: invoices, LPOs, Delivery notes etc.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supervising Truck Arrivals and offloading at Airport premises
Ensuring cargo is weighed and countersigned all the dockets
Ensuring products are presented to the KEPHIS inspector in good time for inspection.
Responsible for the collection of Phytosanitary certificates and other relevant export documents and the subsequent delivery to the handling agents as required.
You will;
Be computer literate
Be fluent in English
Be able to work under pressure and well-organised
Be physically fit and able
Educated to ‘O’-level
Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a busy / similar firm
Possess training in aviation
Be able to work flexibly and 6 full days per week
You will be trustworthy, hardworking and able to take instruction
