KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting sales revenue yearly targets.
Business development and initiatives to grow market share & revenues.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current clients.
Knowledge and analysis of competitor activities to secure a rightful business share.
Producing new revenue by researching, analyzing and qualifying potential prospects and sales options.
Conduct regular monthly, quarterly & yearly reviews to keep track of sale trends of the field
Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and marketing plans.
Prepare regular sales reports and initiatives to counter competition.
Ensure compliance, timely report submissions, grow the corporate & new travel agencies acquisitions monitor & manage credit facility for travel agencies to prevent defaults.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Experience in airlines industry
Excellent knowledge of MS office.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Driven and self-motivated.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
