Your RoleAs Agent Relationship Representative, you will help KOKO maintain a robust retail network by recruiting and on-boarding agents and ensuring successful operation of their KOKOpoint business. Your key responsibilities will include business development, relationship management, market intelligence, and KOKO Cooker sales in an assigned territory. You will need to achieve set targets related to both building and maintaining satisfaction of our Agent network.What You Will Do
Recruit KOKO Agents in accordance with set criteria in the assigned territory
Drive the growth of KOKO products and services via existing Agent network
Ensure a great Agent experience throughout their lifecycle
Conduct Agent trainings on KOKO hardware and software functionality and product benefits
Ensure Agent compliance with KOKO processes and procedures
Gather market and competitive intelligence on all facets that affect KOKO business
Facilitate Agent installation, contracting, merchandising, renewal, and termination, as needed
Identify risks in assigned territory and proactively manage and report any incidents
Liaise with different departments within the organisation to ensure a great Agent experience
Support Agents to achieve their Cooker & Fuel sales targets and maximize profitability
What You Will Bring to KOKO
Graduate from an accredited University, preferably in a Business-related area of study
1+ year of work experience, ideally in sales, relationship management, or customer service
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
