Principal Accountabilities
Carry out the agency HR administrative functions i.e opening and maintaining up to date and compliant agents’ personal files.
Manage monthly agency payroll inputs and processing, while maintaining compliance with Agency payroll policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and statues.
Maintain up to date agent Masterfile and preparation of recruitment monthly reports to agency team leaders and management.
Timely creation of new agent codes, licenses renewal and termination in line with IRA requirements
Proper data management through proper classification of documents and storing of complete files in the system.
Manage agent status in the system throughout their contractual journey from onboarding to exit.
Manage internal agents’ correspondence i.e Preparation of internal letters to agents and other relevant communication as will be guided from time to time.
Provide support required for developing the capacities of new recruits as well as existing sales force to facilitate sound performing sales teams.
Run the brand shop and maintain proper records.
Manage activation material used by the agency force across branches and keep record of marketing/brand materials distribution.
Monitor proposal forms stock levels and dispatch to branches, and coordinate restocking as required.
Support the HR Business partner in the recruitment process through sourcing for new manpower, BOP support and onboarding process.
Academic and Professional Qualification
Degree in Business Administration / personnel management
Conversant with MS office suites with excellent excel and power point skills
Post graduate Diploma in HR/CHRP qualification

Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agency workforce management within the insurance sector
Previous working experience in a busy HR or agency training.
Understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework; IRA, Kenya Employment law.
