Key Requirements:
Manage the sales of parts, service, and customer annual maintenance contracts for new and existing equipment fleet.
Develop & install parts and service marketing activities, go to market strategies and customers.
Support package for each new installation. This includes recommended parts stocking and annual maintenance contracts.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to present to potential customers.
Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-development initiatives.
Manage and advise on the provision of credit facilities for new and existing customers and monitor the collection of receivables for parts and service.
Monitors market and adapt strategies for business development.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to generate leads and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Must have a technical bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Technical knowledge of heavy equipment or material handling & warehousing or Generators.
Good marketing skills and a general knowledge of sales techniques.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be available to travel as needed.
