Africa Technical Academy Program Assistant

The Africa Technical Academy Program Assistant is responsible for deploying marketing tools, tracking registration, post event tools completion and deploying post event certification activities. The successful candidate will:
Have knowledge of event execution
Possess good computer skills
Demonstrate superior skills in MsExcel or Lotus Symphony Worksheets
Speak fluent English
Key Responsibilities
Prepare EST / OETH briefs and Bond Carts
Upload Individual GOE CETBA approval requests
Track nominations via Task ID and online tool (survey gizmo)
Track GRP registrations for class size and prerequisites match
Deploy class allocation confirmations
Deploy Certification vouchers
Complete EST/ OETH tool with post event data/PER
Submit GRP post event uploads
Track ATA events leads / generated pipeline
Deploy Progression / Nurture EDMs
Maintain Alumni and Nominators DataBase
Candidate Profile
Self-starter, independent, go-getter, ability to work in virtual teams
Highly motivated, results-driven
Ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
Have fundamental knowledge of brand management and integrated marketing communications (including digital marketing and social media)
Understanding of (or can quickly learn) the IBM GEP, EST/OETH, GRP, UNICA, CTEBA and Bond Cart processes
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a commercial field
English: Fluent
Knowledge of digital marketing strategy or ability to quickly turnaround and acquire the skills
Readiness to travel 25% travel annually
