Responsibilities
Campaign Setup and Management:
Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns in ad servers and DSPs.
Implement ad tags, pixels, and tracking codes.
Ad Trafficking and Scheduling:
Ensure accurate trafficking of ads to the right audiences.
Upload and manage ads across multiple platforms and publishers.
Schedule ads for optimal exposure and performance.
Verify that ad materials are correctly formatted and meet platform specifications.
Traffic Coordination:
Coordinate the flow of ad materials and campaign briefs between clients, client success managers, creative teams and ad tech partners.
Ensure all materials meet requirements, deadlines and are delivered to the correct Channels.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct QA checks and test ads for functionality across browsers and devices.
Ensure compliance with platform and industry standards.
Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct delivery and performance.
Identify and resolve issues, making data-driven optimizations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate, analyze, and share campaign performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Share monthly publisher reports for invoicing.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with client success management, creative teams, adtech partners and clients.
Serve as a liaison between clients, client success teams, and ad tech partners.
Communicate any issues or changes in ad schedules to relevant stakeholders.
Inventory and Compliance Management:
Manage ad inventory and forecast availability.
Ensure ads comply with legal, regulatory, and platform-specific guidelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of ad placements, schedules, and performance metrics.
Prepare and share monthly reports with publishers for invoicing purposes
Team Management and Recruitment:
Manage and lead the AdOps team across our regions, providing guidance and support.
Assist with interviewing and recruiting new team members as the organization grows.
Train and mentor new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
Proficiency in ad operations platforms and technologies, such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), Operative, Staq and related technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptable and resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
