Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating and implementing administrative policies and procedures, and take responsibility for implementing administration plans.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents; and manage an effective filing system.
Arrange general office maintenance/cleaning, stationery and office supplies procurement, inventory, and security system.
Handle all office-related service provider issues.
Fixed asset control and record update.
Chinese expatriate’s apartment management.
Company cars management and contract review.
Collect company or its partners’ marketing activities info (words, photos, videos).
Prepare and coordinate for meetings, conferences, functions, events, training and various company activities.
Travel and accommodation arrangements.
Visa coordination.
Coordinate IT maintenance.
Assist in other ad-hoc job projects assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an administrative position.
Excellent in Microsoft Office tools, esp. Excel and PowerPoint, and a good understanding of modern office tools.
Adaptively work in a matrix system, skilful in cross-culture communication and proactive in getting business resources to achieve their target ONTIME.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English communication capability.
Willing to travel and relocate.
