Role Description

Our client in the liquor distribution industry is seeking to recruit an administrative personal assistant. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kiambu County, Kenya. The Administrative Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support and administrative assistance. Daily tasks may include people management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Strong experience in administrative assistance and support
Excellent driving skills (with a valid driving license)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to provide high-level administrative assistance
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
