Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager in Nairobi County, Kenya.
As the ‘glue’ in the organization, the Manager will be responsible for:
ensuring a warm reception for guests and service providers
overseeing daily office operations, including facilities and IT teams
recruiting, onboarding and managing the whole life cycle of team members
coordinating events and meetings as well as local and international travel
creating and maintaining calendars, records and files, including for executives, and
developing and enforcing efficient, secure and compliant end-to-end company procedures.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in office and administrative management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Qualification in Business Administration or related field
Cross-cultural sensitivity and mature professional judgement.
