The administrative assistant and school receptionist provides administrative support to the primary office administrator and is responsible, among other things, to answer the school phone, welcome visitors, coordinate day-to-day administrative duties and attend to the basic administrative needs of learners, parents and staff.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
Minimum two years of working experience in a similar role, preferably at an international school
Diploma in a relevant field of study
Friendly, professional, positive and authentic demeanour
Good technical skills and proficiency with basic technology
Good organisational skills and ability to multitask and problem-solve
Excellent communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Available to Kenyan applicants only
Starting as soon as possible (preferably January 2024)
