Key Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:-
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Identify any deficiencies, maintenance issues, or repair needs and make necessary. arrangements for their resolution.
Aid in the supervision of cleaning and catering services to ensure adherence to standards and punctuality.
Maintains files, administrative instructions, and other related documentation as well as assists in the development of office administrative systems and procedures.
