Job Function
Reporting to the Project Clinician/Site Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a good image of the site/clinic and ensure smooth client flow
Key Responsibilities
Receive all visitors and clients at the site/clinic and direct them appropriately
Record the client visits in the patient register
Ensure clients are comfortable while at the site/clinic
Maintain client records and files
Keep track of clients while they are in the clinic
Monitor the flow of clients
Manage client waiting time
Maintain cleanliness of DICE

Maintain confidentiality of all information relating to the clients, practices and services at the DICE
Remains productive even when under conditions of intense pressure
Works collaboratively with team members to achieve results
Relates and works well with people of different background, culture, gender and sexual diversity
Able to work under minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills
Well groomed
Job Qualifications
Diploma in business, administration, social work or community development
Experience working with key population programs is an added advantage
Proficiency in basic computer packages like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
Work experience in a busy office
General counselling skills
Certificate in research ethics
