Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
Assist in project coordination and follow-ups.
Personal Assistance
Plan and arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage personal errands such as bill payments, appointments, and event planning.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with household or family-related tasks as needed.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and send out professional emails and documents.
Organize and coordinate company and personal events.
