Administration & Ticketing Officer Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing reorder schedules for all offices consumables
Logging, Assigning, and communicating log time to engineers and customers
Management and coordination for all  schedules
Managing tracker updating on daily basis, following up for closure & circulation of the tracker with all stakeholders.
Processing organization-wide (Offices & Expatriates residencies) utilities and rent payments in consultation with the accounts department.
Ensure functionality of the office by managing the cleaning service and tea ladies
Liaising with user departments and staff to support ticketing
Manage the office petty cash
Assisting the human resource department with Manpower services
Preparing and sharing all the required reports.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

 Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
4+years’ experience in Office Administration function
High level of integrity.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
