Administration and Operations Associate

Responsibilities May Include:

Assist in creating, executing, and tracking of vendor contracts
Manage/track invoices and ensure timely payment
Develop and deliver monthly budget to actuals reporting
Assist in creation of annual budget
Create user-friendly knowledge article, efficiently organize knowledgebase, and drive constituent adoption
Develop policy and procedure documentation
Oversee intern / staff recruitment efforts
Establish and maintain team calendar and coordinate team meetings
Other related activities as required

Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite including Excel
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, contracts desired
Knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint a plus
Highly organized, ability to manage time wisely, and prioritize activities to achieve results
Ability to learn quickly through accessing a variety of resources such as existing documentation and on-line resources
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
