Duties and Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact and providing exceptional client service while representing Frontlearn Institute with a high level of professionalism
Establish and maintain a clean, orderly, and smart campus environment
Manage emails, social media, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
Establish and maintain proper records as required by management and governing bodies
Create and review periodic admin budgets
Planning and hosting of marketing events
Ensuring implementation of administration and accounting policies and procedures
Overseeing the procurement and cashiering processes
Preparing periodic Financial Statements
Ensuring effective invoicing and debt collection processes
Posting data into the accounting systems
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Management, Accounting or related field
Minimum one-year experience in a similar position
Proficiency in accounting
Excellent Computer skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, self-motivated, persistent, resolute, and able to deliver without close supervision
Outstanding multitasking abilities; Able to manage a busy workload and consistently meet deadlines
Able to work as a key member of a small team committed to the vision and mission of Frontlearn Institute
