Responsibilities
Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Managing after-sales admin work such as checking sale agreements, send sale agreements for authorised signatories, proper update of sales summary
Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Skills & Qualification.
Diploma/ Degree in business administration or a related field
Min of 3 years of experience preferably in a real estate developer firm
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Time management and organisation skills
