Admin Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Managing travel arrangements.
Providing customer service.
Coordinating events and meetings.
Order and oversee office supplies.
Ensure optimal use of office equipment, supplies, and inventories through preventive maintenance.
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
Providing general support to other staff members as needed.

Key Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven administrative experience.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Previous success in office management is a plus.
Experience managing budgets and expenses is a plus.
