Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Job
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and Schedule meetings
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
Order office supplies
Maintain contact lists
Ensure cleanliness and office maintenance
Develop and maintain a filing system for the office
Provide general assistance to visitors
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Job
Minimum diploma in business administration, office management or any other related field
Minimum of 3 year experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
