Accounts Clerk

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualifications
Must possess a minimum of CPA2
Experience with financial planning software
Must have experience of 2 years as a minimum requirement
Honest and of high integrity

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support accounts receivables, accounts payables and reconciliations
Book keeping and general accounting
Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software
Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
Perform clerical work and other office duties as directed by the supervisor
