Job Responsibilities
Management of accounts receivables by invoicing clients for products / services rendered, collecting, receipting, and issuing updated statements to clients.
Management of accounts payables by scheduling and preparing payments to suppliers for services provided in the managed properties and the Monthly reconciliation of suppliers’ account.
Financial planning and budgeting across the managed properties.
Management of all statutory deductions & remittance for managed properties.
Maintenance of fixed and current assets of the managed properties, with routine verification and stock takes.
Maintenance of proper and up to date financial records in the accounting and property management system.
Circulate property reports to respective landlords / management committees i.e Cashflow projections, budgets, aged receivables, aged payables, stock sheets, property management reports, statements of financial position.
Maintain proper filing of the property management records.
Bank Reconciliations.
Petty Cash management.
Maintaining quality control standards and procedures as per the company’s finance policy
Support property management business by adhering to set timelines for (Service Level Agreements) SLA’s
Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) or Related qualification
Certified Public Accountant CPA-K and a member of Kenya Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK)
At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting. Relevant experience in Property Management /Real Estate is highly desired
