Job Brief
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Assistant’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Prepare reports on account status on a monthly basis
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Regularly activate dormant client list and provide report as may required
Collaborate with production and sales team to identify and resolve issues as well as determine opportunities for business growth
Requirements
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
