Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Software Functional Consultant with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, coupled with extensive experience in implementing and optimizing accounting software solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand business requirements related to accounting and financial processes.
Design, configure, and implement accounting software solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
Provide functional expertise and recommendations regarding best practices in accounting and financial management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of accounting systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of accounting software.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting software systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to accounting software functionality and performance.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
Stay current with the latest accounting software technologies, updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounting Software Functional Consultant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software systems
Experience in configuring and customizing accounting software solutions to meet specific business needs.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and best practices.
Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
