Job Duties:
Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
He/ She should have hands on experience in date entry and working on accounting entries.
Pursuing CPA will be an added advantage.
He/ She should be able to do the reconciliation independently.
Good Knowledge of Ms Excel & Ms Access Organization, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, PC Proficiency, Typing, Productivity, Dependability
