Job profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced person who is ready to perform the day-to-day financial activities of the organization timely, accurately according to regulations, law and standards in a multinational company.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure basis financial reporting and management presentations
Provide data analysis and deliver information to all departements
Assist with Monthly Management Reports and submit them accurately and on time
Support budgeting and forecasting in close cooperation with sales and all other departments
Handle local taxes and customs (with advisors support)
Facilitate and monitor accounting process
Cooperate with external and internal auditors
Be the local contact person for Professional Advisors, Payroll and Banks
Credit Control
Ensure local HR support in close cooperation with Africa HR
Manage general administration duties
Ensure that compliance requirements are met
Qualifications and skills:
As an ideal candidate you will have an University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
You have minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar position
You have a practical experience in group reporting and budgeting process, an understanding of IFRS principles in an international company
You maintain a high level of quality while respecting agreed deadlines
You have an excellent social and communication skills as the job requires constant cross-functional and cross-border interaction
You are fluent in English
You have high organisational skills and you are able to implement process based on solutions
You have a proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and a high level of Microsoft Excel practical knowledge
You have ability to work under time pressure and stress resistance
You act as a good team player and strong personnality
Besides, you possess a high level of integrity
